1. Subscription Fees
AlgoAuger charges a monthly subscription fee. Refunds for unused subscription periods may be requested within three(3) days of payment.
2. Trading Losses
AlgoAuger is not responsible for trading losses incurred through the use of our automated trading platform. No refunds will be issued for losses due to market volatility or algorithm performance.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us via our request form. Upon cancellation, access to the platform will cease, and no further charges will apply.
4. Refund Process
Submit refund requests via our request form. Eligible refunds will be processed within three(3) business days.
