You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

2. Account Registration

Access to AlgoAuger requires registration. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

AlgoAuger provides an automated trading system for cryptocurrencies on Coinbase, Kraken, and Binance. You may configure trading parameters, but all trades are executed at your own risk. We do not guarantee profits or protection against losses.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in illegal activities, market manipulation, or misuse of the platform, including attempts to reverse-engineer or exploit the system.

5. Limitation of Liability

AlgoAuger is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses due to market volatility, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States of America. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Halifax County.
